This appears to be a large pipeline storage (and assembly) area. Now out of comission, the place is littered with rusty old pipes, cranes and storage buildings. There are two observation posts here. You can find an ammunition and fuel pile here, as well as a health cabinet. A Car is parked by a garage near the gate. A diamond briefcase can be found inside one of the buildings, sitting beneath some tires.
