I'm not sure exactly what they're brewing, but you can find some large kettle-type things here along with a couple of buildings. There's a health cabinet on the wall of the large mansion, and inside you can find some ammunition along with more health supplies; up the stairs you can also find some explosives. There's an Assault Truck parked next to the house, and you can find a Swamp Boat by the water. You may be able to find and rescue a buddy from the small building to the east.There's a diamond briefcase here located outside near the kettles.
