Shwasana is a pretty large area with its most notable feature being a large collection of buildings built above the water. Along the water you can also find a couple of semi-submerged buildings. The area has three diamond briefcases in it, and you'll also be able to find a safehouse to the north-east. You'll be able to find ammunition, explosives, and health supplies here, as well as a couple of swamp boats and the districts only fishing boat. You can also find a parked car at the buildings to the north.
