Mosate Selao is the "capital" of Bowa Seko where you can find the headquarters for the two opposing factions, the UFLL and the APR. You can also find the clinic here which allows you to initiate Underground Missions once they become available. A Bus Stop is located at the pier to the south. Two diamond briefcases can also be found in this area.
