This area consists of about three or four small buildings along with stacks of crates and a few barrels. You can find some ammunition in the house to the west and there's also some health supplies available. There are two swamp boats by the pier, and also both a car and assault truck if you wish to travel by land instead. If you start the game in this area, you'll also be able to find a diamond briefcase here.
