On the eastern side of the buildings at the Airfield you can find a large, red shipping container. Inside the container sits a briefcase.

You can find this briefcase on the roof of the building at the checkpoint just south of Claes Products. To get onto the roof, sprint up and jump from the large, nearby rock.

East of the Airfield you'll notice a large tree with a car that appears to have crashed into it... there's still smoke coming from the wreckage. On the back of the car you can find a diamond briefcase.
