This page provides descriptions of locations of diamond briefcases in the north-eastern region of Leboa-Sako.You should be able to spot a small makeshift shelter on top of flat, rocky surface on the western side of the region, north-west of Goka Falls. Getting to it can be slightly tricky but not impossible. Move to the right side of the cliff (see smaller image in screenshot) and you should see an area where the rocks don't slope as much - move up here as far as you can get and face towards the shelter; if you sprint and jump a couple of times you should be able to make it onto the flat surface with the shelter.

This briefcase can be found behind the waterfall in Goka Falls. To get to it, jump onto the rocks on the northern side of the stream and move across the fallen tree (see small image in screenshot). Once on the southern side you can find the briefcase sitting on a crate behind the waterfall.

Inside the Fort, on the first level at the western wall, you can find a briefcase in a boarded up alcove.

If you move to the eastern side of the Fort itself, outside the wall, you'll notice some huge slanting rocks (with a path beneath them) - refer to the smaller image in the screenshot. Jump across these to gain access to the other side; you may have to sprint to make it. Once across, move south and you should soon notice a small shack with a briefcase inside.

A briefcase is located on the sand on the northern side of a huge rock, north of the Fort, past the road.

On the far eastern side of the Oasis you can find a briefcase lying in the sand next to a shovel and a backpack.

A small, worn house can be found right between the Bus Stop and a checkpoint on the eastern side of the region. A briefcase can be found sitting on a table inside.

In the south-eastern corner of the region you can find a building on a small island (or peninsula) in the river. A briefcase is sitting on a crate inside.

West of the Bus Stop you'll come upon a checkpoint; a briefcase is located in the hills north-north-west of this checkpoint. To reach the briefcase, approach the area from the south-east; you should be able to find a grassy slope going north (see smaller image in screenshot - it's just north of the checkpoint). Shortly after you'll notice a path leading west - follow it and you'll reach the car.
